Rover arrived at the Ventura County Animal Services (VCAS) shelter in rough shape. He was underweight, with skin issues, missing fur, and sore, scabby hocks. But thanks to our amazing vet team and the dedicated Bunny Brigade volunteers, this sweet boy has made tremendous progress. After so much neglect, Rover is finally surrounded by love and care. Now, all he needs is a forever home where he can live safely, comfortably, and know only kindness.
