A ribbon cutting ceremony grand opening was held for Juice Swell a new fully organic, vegan restaurant serving healthy fast eat-in and take out dishes located at 1052 South Seaward Ave. Cutting the ribbon was Stephanie Caldwell, President & CEO of Ventura Chamber of Commerce, Chef James Quandt, and owner Keith Repult.
