Bhodi is a 5-year-old pit bull-type dog, who’s been at the shelter since April 2025. In overwhelming environments like the shelter, Bhodi can become tense, but with the right person, he becomes the life of the party. He leans in for pets and loves walks with a little chaos — splashing in puddles, rolling in mud and enjoying anything water-related.
“I’ve got to say, Bhodi Boy is one of the easiest, sweetest and goofiest dogs I’ve ever taken out in my three years of volunteering,” said VCAS volunteer Erika Schroeter. “He’s great on walks, friendly when meeting others, enjoys pets, loves rolling in the grass and zooming around the yard, and is a big fan of stuffies. Overall, he’s a very chill boy.”
