Nature Made Easy with Gary Friedman
Join award winning watercolorist Gary Friedman in a 3-hour workshop to help you paint and compose nature scenes. You’ll learn techniques to depict skies, foliage and water using a limited palette and inexpensive brushes while learning design and composition. Seascapes, river scenes and waterfalls will be the subject matter. A materials list will be available. Newcomers to watercolorare welcome.
Gary Friedman is a signature member of Watercolor West and has been juried into several international shows. He recently had a painting in the Salamagundi Gallery in New York for the AWS 2024 International Exhibition.

Mosaics With Larissa Strauss
They not only look beautiful but resonate with the viewer on a deeper level. Larissa Strauss creates mosaics characterized by brilliant color, reflective glass, whimsical touches, and the use of sparkle to create beautiful expressions of nature and the world around us.
In this class you will create an 8” x 10” sampler using glass mosaic techniques.
NOTE: There is a $20 materials fee (in addition to the registration fee) payable at the beginning of the class.
