Hi, I’m Bernie, a gentle and affectionate male Great Pyrenees X who is in need of a new home as I was found as a stray and no one came to claim me. I’m still a puppy.
I look as if I’m wearing a lion costume, but no that’s the real me. I’m active and playful and excited to be a cherished member of a loving family.
I’d enjoy another dog for company. It’s unknown how I would do with cats. I’m house trained via a doggie door.

Meet Jacob, a 9-month-old mixed breed pup whose heart is as big as he is! Jacob was a little shy when he first came to the shelter as a stray, but now is affectionate and playful with both humans and dogs! He even helps new dogs get used to playing. We truly don’t know why this boy hasn’t been adopted yet. He even knows basic commands like sit and down, and is very treat motivated.
