This photo was taken at the Kyoto train station with the Kyoto Tower in the background. We spent 17 days visiting Tokyo, Hakone, Kanazawa and Kyoto. We thoroughly enjoyed the varieties of Japanese food and the friendly reception of all the locals. The Shinto Shrines and Buddhist Temples were as beautiful as they were enlightening. We felt extremely safe while walking the streets in all the cities we visited. We highly recommend Japan as a travel destination.
