Ventura County Continuum of Care’s One Team will be hosting its first annual Veterans Stand Out Clinic on Tuesday, February 4 from 9 am to 1 pm at the Captain Rosemary Bryant Mariner Outpatient Clinic (5250 Ralston Street, Ventura).
This event offers:
• Assistance with registering for County homeless veteran services and VA services
• Referrals to housing resources
• Support in completing documentation for housing and services
• Screening for the HUD-VASH program
