I’m Herbie a 5 year old  Havanese mix. I like eating (don’t we all?).Chasing anything with wheels. I love children and other dogs and taking walks.

Hi: My name is Koda. I’m a one year old husky. When I go for a walk with my buddies I zigzag, back and forth – back-and-forth and say hi to everyone I meet. I can even say “I love you” in  English! Police dogs say it in German.

Hi: I’m Cassie a very lucky shih tzu because I was fostered from Lhasa Happy Homes and I was so wonderful that the foster home became my permanent home. I like to look pretty and play with other dogs.

Hi: I’m Clover a one year old Australian labradoodle. I like to play and  be with people. I have lots of dog friends that I hang out with.

Hi: I’m Oliver a  4-year old poodle terrier. I like to  chase balls  and take naps in the sun

Hello: I’m Daisy  a 1-year old  Lhasa apso-shih tzu mix.

Like Oliver I like to chase tennis balls and love babies. I’m a lucky dog because I was rescued.

Hi: My name is Ginger. My mom, Bonnie rescued me and since then I have been so happy! I have three cat sisters but I rule the roost (hear that Scamp?). I have a purple tongue so I am part Chow. My favorite things to do are go for walks, play fetch, guard my back yard and have snuggles with my mom!

Hi: I’m Murphy, a 2 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever who regularly visits the Lake Casitas disc golf course and I graciously carry discs in my special pack for my mom and dad, Ventura residents Zoltan and Marcie Youtz, who love Scamp’s column and regularly read the Breeze.

Hi: I’m Traeger a 1 ½ year old bull dog mix. I like to run, eat and play. Snuggle in the morning with mom Cathy and meet other dogs. Maybe someday I’ll meet Scamp.

Luna is a female bulldog who is 3 1/2. She enjoys paddle boarding, chasing waves and playing with palm fronds. And being with her best friend Ctrystal.

Hi: I’m Cindy. I am a Ventura Police Department K-9 officer. I love to catch bad guys and bite them if my handler will let me. Sometimes (when I’m off duty) I ride in the back of a firetruck. And sometimes I go to Cemetery Park and arrest people for letting their dogs run loose there. I also play percussion in the VPD marching band.

Daisy is  a 3 year old rough coat Jack Russell terrier. She will play ball with you until you just can’t anymore. She not only fetches the ball when you throw it, but she throws it back to you. Daisy also can count at least to four. She loves watching City Council meetings so she can see her buddy Deputy Mayor Neal on TV.

Hi: I’m Buster a tri-color male Dachshund mix. I’m 14 but look much younger. I love to go for walks and chew tennis balls. My best buddy Fred works for the Ventura Breeze. Isn’t he lucky?

Hi: My name is Callie. My mom is 90 years old and she loves me so much. She rescued me and since then I have lived a life of pure bliss. My favorite thing to do is to play with toys and sleep on my mom’s head at night (well not on her head but right above it).
