During the Thomas Fire the Hawaiian Village apartment structure burned to the ground. The owner’s are still trying to obtain permits and start construction. Plans submitted to the Design Review Committee have been rejected. This rendering is the design that was turned down. The owner’s will be submitting revised drawings for approval.
