Ellee is a recent graduate from the University of California San Diego with a Bachelor’s in Sociology, and she’s already diving headfirst into her role! She is leading Caregivers’ Building Bridges Program, connecting high school students with adult volunteers to support homebound seniors by assisting with household chores once a week.
This vital service wouldn’t be possible without dedicated student volunteers. Caregivers is actively seeking students who can lend a helping hand! Parents, this is your chance to make a real impact together with your kids! Spend a couple of hours a week giving back to those who need it most. Many of Caregivers’ seniors live alone, without local family support, and they truly benefit from this incredible program!
