Ventura Welcomes CorePower Yoga

By Ventura Breeze Staff

Brandon Cox opened CorePower Yoga’s newest studio, located at 472 South Mills Road. This marks an exciting expansion for the nation’s largest yoga studio brand, bringing its unique and dynamic heated yoga classes to the Ventura community. With over 200 studios nationwide, CorePower Yoga is dedicated to making the transformative practice of yoga accessible to all.

The new Ventura offers a range of heated yoga classes designed to challenge and transform both body and mind. From the high-energy Yoga Sculpt class to the signature C2 vinyasa flow, CorePower Yoga ensures there is something for everyone, regardless of experience level. Additionally, the studio offers non-heated classes for beginners, providing a welcoming and accessible entry point for those new to yoga. The space also features state-of-the-art amenities, including spacious changing rooms, showers, and a retail boutique stocked with the latest in yoga apparel and accessories.

“We are excited to bring the CorePower Yoga experience to Ventura,” said Cara Ferrick, Chief Yoga Officer of CorePower Yoga. “Our mission is to show the life-changing things that happen when you root an intensely physical workout in the mindfulness of yoga. We believe that this new studio will become a vibrant part of the Ventura community, providing a welcoming space for all to explore and deepen their yoga practice.”
