Ventura County Business Women (VCBW) is the county’s fastest growing professional women’s network. The community has grown to over 6,600 members since its founding in 2018, continuing its mission to support women entrepreneurs through authentic connection, strategic collaboration, and personal empowerment.
VCBW began as a simple Facebook group and evolved into a thriving member-driven community spanning 11 cities across Ventura County. What distinguishes VCBW from traditional networking organizations is its holistic approach: blending practical business strategy with inner work, mindset development, and authentic connection. The VCBW community serves students, side hustlers, entrepreneurs and established business owners across diverse industries including beauty, education, technology, finance, healthcare, legal, marketing, real estate and wellness.
Members range in age from 17 to 70+, with the majority between 25 and 65 years old. VCBW offers both free community events and an Ecosystem Membership ($25/month) providing access to exclusive virtual programs, resource libraries, member spotlights through the Elevate Series, and discounted access to special collaborations.
“We exist to foster a community where women can connect deeply, share openly, and grow authentically,” said Tawney Noriega, VCBW Founder and Ojai native. “Whether you’re launching your first business or scaling to new heights, our events create space for the relationships and resources that drive real growth.”
VCBW’s signature in-person networking event returns with guided conversations and meaningful connections designed to inspire personal and professional growth. $15 entry fee for non-members/general public.
