The Ventura County Fire Department, in partnership with the Ventura County Area Agency on Aging, will be hosting the 2025 Fall Prevention Forum on September 26 from 8 am to 12 pm at Ventura County Fire Department Headquarters: 2400 Conejo Spectrum Street, Thousand Oaks, CA 91320.
The Forum is taking place in September during Fall Prevention Awareness Month and will consist of speakers interspersed with balance enhancement activities/demonstrations, as well as health assessments, free food and vendors. The goal is to help attendees learn to protect themselves from life-altering — and sometimes fatal — falls.
