I’m Sirius (like the Dog Star) a 3-year old mutt (maybe a little terrier).

Favorite things to do is walk around Community Park, try to chase the rabbits and ground squirrels at Community Park, nap, and yoga (favorite position is downward dog).

Hi: I’m Poppy, your friendly scuba diving dog.  At least I would be if the two-legged would allow it. (Doggie discrimination)!  Until that time, I have to settle for posing in the scuba diver cutout at the Marina Village.  As you can see, I’m a very happy wannabe doggie diver and would make a great scuba ambassador for my kind. Maybe I’ll see you around at the Village sometime.  You’ll recognize me by my smile and friendly wag.  Will pose for treats.

I’m Chloe!  a 3 years old Pitt bull mix.  I actually think that I’m a poodle.
I love long walks on the beach and hiking trails. My favorite foods are pasta noodles and French fries.  I love to make new friends.

This is Major Dude (after the steely dan song! Check out the lyrics!)  an eight-month-old Lhasa Apso. Major’s favorite things to do is run around on the beach and dig holes in the sand and be a general fluffy attack mop of love.  He misses his doggie friends and can’t wait to get to the groomer.

Hi: I’m Tootsie a 3-year old mix of chihuahua, poodle and yorkie. I love to play with kitty toys and balls, snuggle and just play.

My name is Reverend and this is my new smile! ! My namesake is Parson John Russell, an esteemed fox hunter in England. In the mid 1800’s Parson Jack developed his terrier. To flush out foxes. Hunters carried my ancestors in saddle bags.  My new breed (2012) is a mouser! Short Hair Smooth Coat Jack Russell Terrier. AKC recognizes his breed as, Russell. 

Mitten is a 3-year-old female tortoiseshell with incredible decorating skills. She matches her toys to her surroundings–after dunking them in her water.

Hi: I’m Lexi, a 12-year-old Great Dane, and this is my best friend Cru.

My favorite thing to do is to hang out with my best friend on my bed while she pets my velvet, soft ears.

Since Cru is so tiny I have found a new purpose in protecting the house and I sniff everyone out before they come close to my girl (of course they need to stay 6 feet away).

Hi: I’m Niki and I was 16 on March 18. I like to sleep all day (I’m old), beg for treats and take an occasional stroll in the backyard.

Hi: I’m Zola Budd, I’m a 15-year old Chihuahua (16 in April). I enjoy fetching frisbees, day-long naps, asserting my “Alpha” position with the family cat and squeaking my beloved squeaky toys. I also immensely enjoy eating popcorn! My grandma Shirley Lorraine is a writer for the Ventura Breeze.
