The 2025 Ventura Marathon and Half Marathon took place on Sunday, February 23 attracting over 2,600 runners representing a dozen Countries and three dozen States. It also became the top Boston Qualifying Winter Marathon in the United States. The event finishes in Downtown Ventura and is viewed as a racecation where people come for the race and stay for a vacation. The marathon was won by Henry Pick of Ventura in 2:20 with Yilin Wu from San Marino capturing the women’s title with a 2:47. The half marathon was won by Angel Aguirre from Irvine in 1:05 with Rachel Tomajczyk from Willians, AZ in 1:12 taking the women’s title. www.venturamarathon.com.
