These workshops provide clear, practical guidance on rental rights and responsibilities, housing standards, communication tools, and resources available through the City’s Housing Services and community partners.
Whether you’re new to renting or experienced, these sessions offer valuable information with conflict resolution, improve communication, and support stable housing in Ventura.
Presented in partnership with the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors and the Housing Rights Center, bringing together both property owner and tenant perspectives to support informed, collaborative housing conversations.
