St. Patrick’s Day isn’t over on Sunday. On Tuesday, March 17, the Ventura City Fire Department Pipe & Drum Band will march through Ventura Harbor Village around 2PM (exact time pending), bringing the unmistakable sound of bagpipes to the waterfront.
