Hi, I’m Timmy — a very lucky dog. My human, Linda, adopted me nine years ago, and she thinks I’m about 11 years old. I’m a mix of Papillon, corgi and dachshund. I came from an Ojai no-kill rescue after being saved from a high-kill shelter.
Linda named me Timmy because I was very timid when we first met. We now live at Cypress Place, but for nine years we lived on a boat in Ventura Harbor. She knows how much I love the beach, so she takes me there every day — I told you I was lucky.
Linda also rescues birds, and when I spot an injured one, I lie down beside it until she can help care for it.
