A new local girls’ fastpitch softball team, VC Menace, is gearing up for the fall tournament season and seeking community sponsors. All team members currently play spring recreational softball in Ventura, El Rio, and Santa Paula and are registered with USA Softball.
“We formed this team in 2025 to give these girls a chance to keep playing the sport they love while building lifelong friendships and learning teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship,” said Head Coach Patrick Stockton. “Our volunteer coaches focus on hard work and are committed to helping these players grow into strong student-athletes.”
VC Menace is asking for support from local businesses and individuals to help cover rising costs associated with tournaments, uniforms, equipment, field rentals, and insurance.
