The Ventura County Mental Wellness Festival brought together community members at Ventura Harbor Village on June 6 for an annual event focused on mental health awareness, healing and resource sharing.
Hosted by the Turning Point Foundation, the free, all-ages festival featured mental health resources, client-submitted art exhibits, live music and interactive wellness activities.
This year’s event included performances by the Orchard Bluegrass Band, sound healing sessions, and a mental health art exhibit showcasing work by participants in Turning Point programs. The Growing Works garden program also offered a therapeutic plant sale.
Attendees could also participate in seashell painting and visit information booths hosted by Ventura County Behavioral Health and other wellness organizations.
The festival is designed to connect residents with mental health resources while promoting community engagement and recovery support.
