Forever Homes Wanted

By Ventura Breeze Staff

Hi, I’m Willow, a loving, smart, and energetic 7-year-old Labrador/Doberman mix looking for my forever home because my owner can no longer afford to take care of me. I’m a great family dog and would do well in a home with children who are at least six years old as I am big and sometimes jump when excited. I know a few commands – sit, lay down, speak, stay and play dead – and I know I could learn more. I enjoy going on walks, playing, and laying in the sun. I’m not a fan of bikes, skateboards or motorcycles. I would prefer to be the only dog and only pet in the home as I can be anxious around other dogs and I’m not good with cats. I have spent most of my life in a loving family environment, and I yearn for a family to call my own again. I would like a home where someone is around most of the day, as I suffer from separation anxiety and get lonely easily. I am the perfect companion for anyone looking for an affectionate and playful dog. I can’t wait to meet my new family!

Hi, we’re Hanbi, a Pug/Poodle, Kubo, a Pomeranian mix, and Lu Dog, a Pug/Cattle Dog mix (Hanbi is my Mom). We have lots of love to give, and we’re hoping to find a forever home where we can settle in and cuddle up. Sadly, our owners had to sell their home to cover their ongoing medical bills. We are gentle, playful, and active and love to be around people, and we especially enjoy the company of children. We’re well-rounded dogs who get along with everyone, from dogs to cats to chickens -– we’re even good with pigs! We love attention and affection, and we’re very good at giving cuddles. We are looking for a forever home where we can receive lots of love, attention and care. We do not have to be adopted together.

All of these amazing pets are being cared for by the Canine Adoption and Rescue League (CARL). Could you provide a forever home for one of these wonderful animals? To read full pet bios and submit an application, visit www.CARLDogs.org or call 805-644-7387.
