After five years of hard work and significant community engagement, the City of Ventura’s Draft General Plan is now available for public review. The General Plan sets the City’s direction for the next 25 years, balancing the preservation of Ventura’s unique character with opportunities for new housing and jobs. You can not only review the Draft General Plan at the link below, but you can also provide your comments and feedback online.
More ways to provide feedback: attend one of the following community events on the General Plan.
1. General Plan Open House, May 1, 2025, from 6 pm – 8 pm in the Community Room at City Hall.
2. Planning Commission General Plan Workshop – May 28.
3. City Council Workshops, May 13, 14, and 15.
