My name is Marcie Youtz, and I’m the founder of 805 Community for Children, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting homeless and vulnerable children here in our community. Everything we do is 100% community-funded, and our mission is simple: to make sure these kids feel seen, supported, and loved during some of the hardest times in their lives.

Through 805 Community for Children, we provide essentials like hygiene kits, school supplies, and clothing, along with special programs such as birthday celebrations, holiday gifts, and opportunities like sports and equine therapy. We truly strive to bring hope, dignity, and a sense of belonging to every child we serve.

I am inviting the Ventura community to our upcoming fundraiser: This is a fun, family-friendly event where the community can come together to support local children in need. Guests can sign up as individual bowlers or form teams, but you don’t have to bowl to attend! We’ll also have a massive silent auction, photo booth, and other fun activities throughout the evening.

All proceeds directly benefit the children we serve through 805 Community for Children.
