Ventura Harbor Boat Parade judges Tom Spence (from KVTA), Saurabh Bajaj, some really handsome guy and Barbara Hinton managed to stay warm enough to judge the boats. They also enjoyed the fireworks after the parade. The winning boats will be in a future Ventura Breeze.
